We met Tish at an open house while we were “window” shopping for a house, not even serious buyers yet, and her knowledge, professionalism, and confidence that she could find us a house won us over within minutes. After further conversation she agreed to show us homes even though we still weren’t serious buyers yet and she treated us like we were. We ended up finding one we loved and had our house on the market within days! Tish was patient, helpful, and honest, took every place we even remotely liked seriously and wasn’t shy about pointing out potentional isssues or flaws that could impact us. She was never pushy and didn’t try to talk us into anything we weren’t comfortable with. She answered all our questions as soon as she could and we definetly felt she was completely on our side through the whole process. All in all we had a fabulous experience with Tish Evans and recommend her to anyone thinking of buying!

The whole process with TIsh and her team was great, smooth, and pretty easy. We looked at several homes. She found the home I ended up purchasing and I loved it! It was even a little below my budget! I was a first time home buyer and I am definitely calling Tish if i ever have to do it again!
